Great day speaking at the New England Oracle User Group meeting!

Great day at yesterday’s New England Oracle User Group meeting at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA. The team that put on the event did a great job, and arranged for 40ish vendors across all the Oracle technologies!

I had the opportunity to speak with my colleague Caroline Stenpeck (Thermo Fisher Scientific) on our voyage implementing Oracle EPM Planing (EPBCS) and Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS) for 800-users in a 23x7 global, multi-language environment. It’s a great story of the importance of having a project constitution and focusing on the 80% you can get right within your scope, time, and budget.
