Here's the secret: If you are going to invest the time, money, and people into revamping your enterprise's forecasting process - balance across different perspectives is critical... not too detailed, fast, operationally focused, linked back to your financial views, easy to use, no friction, etc. If you focus too much on one side and not the other - you'll be out of balance - and it'll topple over 🗼!
